Refund policy
Return Policy:
We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any items that are approved for returns have to pay 25% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelation Policy:
We do accept cancellation for products that are in stock and that have not yet been shipped. Any items shipped cannot be canceled. You may process a return once you receive the item. We DO NOT accept cancellation on preorder items, this sale is final. Under a special request as emergency, we may consider cancelation, but buyers will be subject a 25% restock fee. (Please see return and pre-order policy for more details.)
Preorder Policy:
When purchasing preorders with Lukes Collectibles and Things LLC, you as the customer are agreeing to the following terms. You are agreeing to pay the current market price of the item and reserving first priority in line. Due to the nature of collectibles, the market price of items may change often. On rare occasions, distributors may cancel preorder items that we have reserved which therefore, you would be notified and refunded.
We accept cancellations on preorder items up to 14 days of the purchase date, anything after will be subjected to a 25% restock fee. This also includes items with dates that are subject to change. (**Example** Item is set to release Jan. 2023 but date of release changes to September 2023, this is because of the high demand and the delay in distribution.) We order based on the demand of orders placed from buyers, so please keep this in mind when purchasing preorders. If you would like to process a return for your item, the item needs to be in the same condition that it was received. Any items opened will not be accepted for return. (Please see return and cancelation policy for more details.)
Coming Soon Policy:
We do offer cancelations and returns on coming soon products, but these are subject to 25% restock fee. Coming soon are products that are being processed at our distributor and are being prepared to ship to our warehouse. Once its processed and shipped, the title will change on the products. For buyers to check statues please refer to the listing as the title will not change after its purchased. For example: “Coming Soon” will change to “Coming 1/1” which these states when we will receive the item. All shipping dates are subject to change. (Please read our store policies for more details.)
Lost/Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email or store chat if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You have 7 days after receiving the item to open a claim. Products lost in transit have a 15 business day window from the day of purchase before placing a claim for lost goods. Please be advised, products such as packs, tcg singles, etc., that are shipped without tracking cannot be refunded due to lost in transit. You as the buyer agree and take on the responsibility if the item is lost if purchased without tracking. You may open a claim with the shipping handler if a problem occurs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Any items purchased through a promo or sale are final and are not eligible for returns. Factory Sealed items are not refundable once opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following our return policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and have not received your refund, please contact us via luke.collectibles@gmail.com.

We may update the following Policies from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
