Cancellation policy
All customers are agreeing to these terms and conditions when signing up for a rewards account. We offer a free rewards program through Smiles. This is a free rewards programs to all customers with accounts. Once an account is created, you will receive 3 points for every $1 you spend. To earn points, you must be an account holder and logged in at the time off purchase. Any orders placed without an account will not be eligible to receive points. These points are then redeemable by allowing the individual to convert their points into dollars. For every 100 points you redeem you will receive $1. These points at this time do not expire but are subject to change.
Our rewards program is for the individuals that have created their accounts. Due to fraudulent activities, customers are allowed one account. These points are not allowed to be distributed across other accounts. If points are redeemed on other individuals accounts, that order will be flagged for fraudulent activity and will be cancelled.
Bonus Points Events
Throughout the year we will hold special events to allow customers with accounts to earn extra points for every dollar spent. These events will follow all terms and conditions of the rewards program policy stated above.
